I try to use a combination of easy words, i.e words I already know (my vocabulary is pretty limited !) and new words that I need to look up (qbi7 was one of those)

That’s actually not with ? but with ?: [large]???[/large]. And that, my friend, is a pure MSA word.
You can use the word mqllq instead, it describes a lot of feelings: Sad, depressed, disappointed, etc.
