Hi there sohahm, feel free to introduce yourself in the New Members’ section.

Karima Adebibe (born 14 February 1985) is an English actress and model.

Adebibe was born in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets located in England. Adebibe is of Moroccan, Irish and Greek descent.[1]

Formerly a secretary, she was selected on 14 February 2006 (both her birthday and that of Lara Croft) to be the seventh model for Lara Croft in the popular video game series Tomb Raider.[2] The role involved promoting the game series “in-character” on television and radio, so Adebibe underwent training in Lara Croft’s trademark skills, from martial arts to elocution.[3] Adebibe was featured in “The HOT List” in a March 2006 issue of Zoo.[4]

She had previously had a small role as a sacrificial maiden in the 2004 film Alien vs. Predator.[5]

She retired from the role of Lara Croft in 2008.

Choumicha

I really don’t know a lot about, but I love her… she is a cooking television program star, in 2M. I used to watch it when I can, because is a good way to learn darija (vocabulary is common and easy, always the same and the words that anybody need to survive in Morocco).

Maybe she’s not well known barra l-maghrib, but here in Morocco she’s a real star.

I let you a link to a video. Although it’s not a complet video, she is cooking with another girl one of my favourites: snails! slurp…
