Darija Chitchat

Don’t you say: ya tigi ya ma tgish? Or ya eskot, ya etla3 barra. I thought that’s what you were asking about.

Bla ma ttellfini 3afak = do not confuse me please.

After a second thought, it’s okay actually to say 7biba to each other, ya girls. 7biba diali sounds to me a little bit of too much. I don’t say it anyways, just for info.
One more thing, it’s too odd for a guy to call his female friends 7biba. At least it’s odd for me. For me it’s a free ticket to getting a slap.
No actually, just some mockery.
By default, things are feminine in Darija (haha!, or at least to me, now that everything I say is contested by someone)
So you say wa3ra, as shortened from: had lqadia wa3ra.
Qadia refers to issue, thing, idea, whatever.

Aaah, bghiti tgouli ze3ma 3la “ya”. Yes7abli bghiti tgouli/qsedti “hadi w hadik”, 7it 7na ma kangoulouch “hadi” ga3.

Too much information at once?
And yes, I know you say dah and deh.

Hadi = This one (f.s)
Hada = this one (m.s)
When you say this followed by a noun, you don’t specify the gender. I have seen you confused about this many times, and wanted to correct it. Good thing that you asked here.

Had lweld zwin.
Chkoun? HADA?
