so…i have to ask, what are the main dishes you got in algeria?
the main dish is shourba (bloody hell its absoloutely delicious!!)
and then we have stuf like “shakhshukha” luv luv luv it!! its made out of these pasta like squares and then u have chorba sauce poured over it omg its yum yum!!
we alsp have different breads like kesra (yum again) and this other type of bread dat i forgot but is…yup u guessed it…yum!!!
and then we obviously have couscous and other foods which i cant remember lol
shourba? my mom is crazy about that stuff
