Re. ‘galsa’ I think it is a ‘participle’ which can have f. , m. , and plural endings - similar to nouns and adj.
It doesn’t take the -t, -ti, etc endings.

The first sentence sounds like the action is repeated. It’s like saying that the person usually likes to sit on the floor.
For expression a present state, using the participle form is more correct.

(The person below me likes to read books? Is 3zîz 3la used for “to like”?)
