what comes above that ?? or is this the maximum … :frowning:
xxx

No no, that’s not the max. Ranks are explained HERE.
We don’t have many members that reached the top level yet, but once we do, we’ll have to introduce other levels, and probably even change the rank titles ;).

I wanted to ask ya, what does tukha stand for?

tukha’s my real name …
it comes from taqwa ?? so it should really be spelt tuQa … but my parents spelt it like this [don’t know why !!] so yeah, people think its the arabic letter KH :stuck_out_tongue: and i get called all sorts …
once my lebanese christian chemistry teacher asked me what my name means, and i said ‘pious’ and she said ‘no, it means confidence’ and i was like ‘mmm, no it doesn’t ??’
turns out she thought it was THIQA in arabic

It’s true that the KH in there makes it really confusing. Regardless of the spelling, are you called Tukha or Tuqa by your family? And don’t you have it spelled right in your Arabic papers (if any)? How do your English teachers pronounce the Kh? Tuka?

i’m called tuQa [taQawee, even :p] by my family and everyone that knows me, because they know the arabic spelling [which is, hamdoullah, spelt correctly] yeah, english people call me either tuKa, or sometimes pdon’t know where they got this from, the emphasised OOOOOOOOH sound, but whatever] toooooooKa …

but i guess for the english people, it doesn’t matter about the spelling, because even then they can’t do the arabic ‘Q’ sound anyway … then they might start saying tukwa  :stuck_out_tongue:

LOL @ Tukwa! Tukwa binari l7obbi? :mdr: A random joke, I know!

LOL !!
aaand, Tukwa binari l7obbi << this is where i’m lost

Tukwa, fi3l mabni lilmajhool. Infinitive is: kawa.

ALL THANKS TO THIS SITE :hap:

That’s cool :). You can get some Tunisian expressions as well from the Maghreb forum. The Tunisian dialect is nice as well.

I KNOWWWW I LOVE THEM ALL, algérien, tunisien, marrocain … but like I DON’T KNOW WHERE TO START
i started with moroccan, who knows which i’ll do next
i’ll try and convince her to join

If you learn one of the three, you’ll get yourself easily understood by the others.
And sure, your friend is welcome :).
