dude i know that, but that’s how i write it… darf has a damma and it joins with the “al” of makan, so it becomes ulmakan, bs ya3ni u knwo what i mean :smiley:

well when you’re reading and pronouncing yes, but not when you’re writing it

for instance:

rabi3u alawwal would be pronounced rabi3ulawwal riiight? but when you write it down its seperate
