question outta curiosity, the darija you speak is casawyia or belongs to which part or country, u get me?
That reminds me of another question I usually forget to ask my moroccan friends, we in Egypt have mo7afzat, what are cities been called in Morocco? (excuse my supposed ignorance, but I’ll remain so if I didnt asked right?)
Thanks

i think ach mixes a bit of fous7a, masry and some really wack spelling into his darija, but hey he sounds awesome
i dont think i speak with a dialect cuz im not a native speaker but closest i would say is central, fes boulimane babi!!! jjjjjj which brings me 2 your next question…morocco has regions…cant remember what they’re called in arabic…i think thats closest to mohafazat…yall have like 30 mohafazat though, i think they have 15 or 16 regions?
lalla u never heard me so how would u kno i sound awesome
Thanks ach.
I tried to look it in wikipedia but I couldn’t find it. I think it may be more obvious or mentioned in moroccan site like a national or local newspaper.
Thanks anyway
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Regions_of_Morocco
Regions of Morocco – As part of a 1997 decentralization/regionalization law passed by the legislature 16 new regions (provided below) were created. It is the current highest administrative division of Morocco. The regions are subdivided into a total of 61 second-order administrative divisions, which are prefectures and provinces. A Moroccan region is governed by a Wali, nominated by the King. The Wali is also governor of the province (or prefecture) where he resides.
