I think it’s tamazight (middle atlas dilect)

Sa7a is in algerian dilect ^^

Choukran is thank you in moroccan

Which is different from TachelHit, right?

I found it in the Peace Corps Tamzight Dictionary. So maybe it’s not a Tamazight dictionary!

And “thank you” in TachelHit is – let me guess, “tanmirt”?

I was under the impression that ‘sa7a’ means ‘please’ in Tamazight?
