Anyone know what this vegetable is?
It is called Bo’ban here in Fez.

Correction it is actually called Bo’Bal

Anyone know English or French name?

I’m told that it is a Wild Fennel (Fenouille Sauvage). Can be poisonous, so needs to be prepared carefully. Eaten like Bakoula.
