Please, could you translate what does it mean

The context is a picture of my brother-in-law feigning he is working in the reception of a hotel.

“wayli 3la gérant wallah 3la khsara”

I’m speacially interested in the word wayli since is the first time I found it.

I guess the man who wrote this is joking about what a great manager we have lost or something similar…
