according to the context that you provided (ga3ma tama3 lik…) “ga3” here is an equivalent for “not” / “don’t” —> ga3ma tama3 lik = i don’t have a greed.

other meanings for “ga3” would be to say “never” , example : matama3sh lik ga3 = never have a greed of you.

then it must be ‘‘ma3amrni ghada nb9a nhdar m3ak, ga3’’ ??

This phrase is totally right, & if you remove “ga3” it will still make good sense. “ga3” here plays a confirming role.
