Ana 3arf bi2anna had shi ghadi ykoun s3ib 3lik, walakin 3afak tfhhmi annani mjwwj. Ma ghadish nqdro nhdro mazal, wakha ghir kimma ss7ab. 3afak ma tbqaysh t3iyyti liyya. Sm7iliyya.
Exact translation:
I know that this is going to be hard for you, but please understand that I am married. We will not be able to talk anymore, not even as friends. Please don’t call me anymore. I am sorry.
It would be a bit confusing if I had translated “I am with my wife” as it is, it would sound like a temporary event, and that the person would be able to call back later or something. I replaced that by expressing that you are married, thus engaged in a relationship.
