my translation won’t be so accurate i guess, this is a proverb sort of thing, not spontaneous ideas coming out of someone 
the beautiful one is embarrassed by his beauty but the sick one, may God cure/guide him loool
I think marid is talking more about a “sicko/disgusting person/freak” rather than a guy who is sick by illness.
