The final letter is Ta marbuTa, “a” is here juste a vowel right?
If i want to start a word with an “a”, there will be a ?, alif hamza at the begining no?
Anyway, i propose

Just take the last letter (regardless if it’s a vowel or consonant) and start a new word with the same letter.
In Tabla’s case, you keep the A.
