Hi guys wish nicknames can I call a guy I like in darija without being too overpowering?

I was thinking of azizi diali/dyali to say my dear or my darling, something like that? Is that the correct spelling? What other names are there with their meanings? Please help xx

diali/dyali means mine. it’s not common to say it to someone, unless it comes with something like: “hbib diali” which my love, “l’9alb dyali” which is my heart, “zin diali” which means my beautiful.

you can say: hbibi which means my darling or my love.
