Sboo3 : comes from “sb3a” = 7 , also from fos7a “osboo3” = week , & it means the 7th day in a baby’s life on which they make a ceremony to name him. some sacrifice a sheep & some don’t.
In shamal they call it “ssab3” (the seventh)
O9simo : i swear —> o9simo bi’llah (i swear by/to God)
Unique: fareed, mamnoosh 2, fshkel
Special: spessyal, khass,
thanks dude, barakallahu fik
some people say 3aqiqa, the fos7a word, for sboo3. But most people say sboo3.
I wouldn’t tell anyone “you’re too fshkel for me” loollllll it actually would mean: dude, you’re weirdddd!
we probably don’t have enough affectionate vocabulary in darija, boring?
well noooooo darija has so many bloody awesome words that no other language can invent chwia dial sbagha
LA, nti ghadi temchi b3iiiiiid m3a lmgharba…
... meaning: you have a bright future with Moroccans lolll

yeah, u can…no big deal difference
I vote for “ma mennouch jouj”, which you can say to anything or anyone.
You can also say: Ma kaynch b7alo = there is nothing like it/no one like him or her
Ex: Atay dial khalti ma kaynch b7alo = There is no atay like that of my aunt
ahh… ma mennouch jouj … I like this one… it closer to me than other words, and sounds good
Thanks, guys
I like it too, didn’t think about it at first, so thankzzz you PB for bringing it up, ma mennekch jouj ya PB
speaking of sbagha…
