Can anyone tell me the Arabic and darija for the herb rosemary (romarin in French)? Is it 'azir?


In fos7a Arabic it’s “Ikleel al jabal” (mountain garland), i believe it’s “azeer” in Darija.

Thank you, that’s what I’m finding. Does anyone here know if it’s used much in Moroccan cooking? I’ve encountered it only a few times in Moroccan recipes, and I wondered if it’s an embellishment or a French influence.
