Recipes from all over the world

Nice website: http://recipes.wuzzle.org/

If you test anything from it, let us know how it goes ;).

Well, I havent tested anything yet from the recipe, but I’ve tasted it.

At the “Malaysia” heading, check out Spicy Red Chicken (Ayam Masak Merah).

It’s a very delicious dish, eaten with rice. I simply love it. Also, at Malay weddings, it is one of the dishes available to be eaten with the “Nasi Minyak” which is basically Basmati rice cooked with saffron, spices and some evaporated milk. The fragrant rice, when eaten with the ayam masak merah, makes one crave for more!

Go ahead, try this Ayam Masak Merah dish

I know how to cook some Uzbek food. In fact,my favorite meal is Lagman, but the secret of the best tasting lagman is home made pasta. With regular pasta it doesn’t taste like a real Lagman, although I cook my lagman a little bit different than from the recipe, I add more veggies. My Moroccan husband loves Plov, especially when I make it with lamb! I also cook Zharkop.
Also I know most Russian meals. Borsh and beef dumplings are the meals that my husband enjoys as well! Its weird how the listed a Kazakhstan Spiced Meat and Lentil sauce - we don’t cook that, or at least I’ve never tried or seen it:)

thanks for the site
