And wow for 7elba, I’d never think it’s a dish’s name. In Morocco 7elba is… 7elba (fenugreek). Is it part of the recipe? It looks like a sweet dish.

I don’t know about fenugreek but it’s called 7elba because the main ingredient is 7elba which is something that looks like seeds, we boil it and mix the water (that we boiled it in) with 3ajeen 
and yes it is a sweet dish
