if I didn’t misinterpret, the person is saying “WELL INDEED I LOVE YOU”, jotim is a funny/bizarre/freakish way of saying “je t’aime” which is French for “I love you”… jotimak kinda means “you, i love you” as can be seen by the suffix -ak and already the french direct object for you (t’).
or I may be completely wrong here stay tuned for the others’ responses
