mais c’est des dimunitifs de noms musulmans! ( voire même déformation?)

mo7 -----> mo7mad

lmakki ----> jamais entendu celui là! :mdr:

3blla —> abdallah
idder —> i7ya en tamazight

faTma or faDma or faDna or fTToum + Tamou + mama -------> fatima

ijjou + ijja --------> khadija

zoulikha -------> c’est connu ailleurs
r99ouch -------> rqqiya
DDawya-------> jamais entendu
mammas
tlaytmass --------> typiquement amazigh

In this list of yours, only Lujain, Lamees and Nadine aren’t used in Morocco. The rest is popular. I like Shayma too!

:smiley:
Thank you I didn’t know the rest were popular :smiley:
Hiba too :smiley: :stuck_out_tongue:

what about?

FOR GIRLS

3ggou
3gida
iTTo
jmi3a
7ddiya
mbayrika
maymouna or mimouna

and for boys

lhachmi
bl3id
7mman
ssalek
maymoyn or mimoun
mouloud or miloud

Well, let’s be honest here, but the names that Pofpof suggested are pretty old ones and not used anymore. Although they are part of our culture, but I personally do not find most of them attractive at all. I think a girl called 3ggo would easily sue her parents because of such a name… (Bad joke :p)
