This word… “ghzela”… I heard it a lot when I was in morocco… when is it used? and whats the meaning?

you know in the french word “maroc”
gh > is that sort of french “r” sound
so its said like this (phonetically using english letters, basically say it exactly how it is spelt here): rozela
