Rice: you boil some fish with some vegetables, keep the water apart. In a gamila, frit some garlic, oignon, pepper (red and green), debenjel, ma3dnuss, and any other green thing you have in the frigo. Put some fish and sepia in, salt, pepper and safran. Put the rice one minute or two. Then put the water. Let it boil till the rice is done… ssssssssssssluuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuurrrrrrrrrrp!!!
