my parents don’t exactly know that i’m OBSESSED with Morocco (and Algeria too actually), but they might’ve clicked it when they see me jump onto the tv screen as soon as i hear the words Morocco or Algeria, and they have seen the pics i have on my wall in my room which are all about morocco, algeria and the Ottomans
however my brother does know that i’m obsessed, and i’m always throwing insults at him in darija or french, then i tell him what i said and he has this massive surprised/puzzled/astonished look, i tell him to leave it all up to me when we go to N.A on our tour inshallah he has his translator set up so he aint complaining… my bro likes Morocco and Algeria too but he isn’t obsessed or anything… i’m always sharing facts n stuff with him about the two countries so he has an idea of my proactive fausse maghrebia-ness
