I am pretty sure it’s meant to be 7miqa, not 7minqa.
7miqa means little crazy one. Dyali means mine. So the sentence means my little crazy one/my silly one/my monkey (maybe).
And oh, the sentence is addressed to a female.
Another variation I heard before is 7mimiqa (f.s) and 7mimiq (m.s)
