Salam, how are you here
I’m Moroccan-Algerian born in USA, my darija is more Algerian then Moroccan, because my dad cannot speak darija so I learned from my mom.
currently I’m working in call center covering mghreb region, there’s one line we have to say in the begging of every call " this call may be monitored for training and quality assurance purposes", in darija I say “hadi el-mokalama momkin tkon morakaba lil tadrib w’jawda”
but many Moroccan customers stops me and they say they want someone that speaks darija, when I tell them that I’m Morrocan they explain that my opening is more fosha then darija.
any suggestion how I can say it in darija.
Thank you
Had l-mokalama momkin tkon msjla bach n7assnu l-khdma w l-jawda.
