Thanks for your translation, but that wasn’t my question, I have the translation of each of them, my problem was and is when to use negative and when it’s only ma- and not ma- … -sch
2: 3andu ghir chwiya d-leflous f jibu
5: fih ghir chewiya d-atay OR ma-fih-ch atay
8: fih ghir chewiya lmakla OR ma-fih-ch lmakla
10: fih ghir chewiya leqtan OR ma-fih-ch leqtan
13: had rajel 3andu adar
14: andha ghir chewiya dyal lawra9 OR ma 3ndhach lawra9
15: had nass 3andhom chewiya dyal tomobilat OR had nass ma3ndhomch tomobilat
16: fih ghir chewiya dyal lmakinat OR ma-fih-ch lmakinat
17: kayenin labyout f darna
18: dar dyalna fiha labyout
The number 5: when we use ghir chewiya(which is only a little bit), we’ve to say fih, not ma-fih-ch Exp:
1- He only has a little bit a money
2- He hasn’t only a little bit a money
Just a question what’s the difference between this two sentences?
Oh sorry to confusing you, i just want to help you!
If you understand those two sentences, you’ll figure out when we use 3andu ghir chwiya, and not ma-3anduch ghir chewiya
by theway Number 1: Is correct
and Number 2: which is ma-3anduch ghir chewiya laflous, It’s not correct
Well I’m talking about money in general, it can be in his pocket, or in his suitcase,… ect
It should be 3andu ghir chewiya laflouss, instead ma-3andu ghir chewiya flus f jibu
As Loubna said, you can’t have a negation alongside with “ghîr shwiyya” (only a little). Example: He hasn’t got only a little hair. Do you see how it sounds? It can be correct only if you make the sentence be like this: “We haven’t got ‘only some’ money, we got LOTS of money”. Do you see what I mean?

had r-rajel ma-3andu Gir schwiya d-d-dar. (He dâr should be plural: Dyôr)
ma-3andha Gir schwiya d-l-uraq.
had n-nas ma-3andhom Gir schwiya de-T-Tumubilat.
ma-fih-sch Gir schwiya d-l-makinat.
kayen Gir schwiya d-l-byut fe-d-dar dyalna. -->Correct
d-dar dyalna fiha Gir schwiya d-l-byut. -->Correct
Does your book say that you can use ghîr shwiyya with negation? I think that the point from the exercise was to make sentences with “There is little…” (ghîr shwiyya) and “There is no…” (no use of ghîr shwiyya). Don’t you think?
I hope that is not against Copy right. It says in Lesson 82 of the Harrell book
[c]The student is already familiar with such negotiations as ma-3andi-sch ‘I don’t have’. etc. The use of Gir ‘only, just, (nothing), other than’ usally calls for a preceding negative, but without the final -sch […], e.g. ma-3andi Gir schwiya d-le-flus ‘I only have a little bit of money.’ [/c]t
I don’t think quoting is against copyright.
I don’t agree with this rule. It doesn’t make sense at all.
I don’t agree too, this short text looks like translated into English, so it’s no concept at all
