Hello all,

can anyone help me translate the following sentence ?

Rashid milli khlaq 7daya, hadi 18-r 3am, b7al lmanaam.

milli - since (?)
khlaq 7daya - was born beside me (?) According to a translation I have, this is supposed to mean “I’ve known him for a long time”

b7al lmanaam manaam - sleep -> “like sleep”, i.e. “as if it was yesterday”

I’d translate this sentence like this:

It is now 18 years, since I’ve known Rashid; it seems as if it was yesterday (when I met him).

i understood your sentence to mean:

Rashid milli khlaq 7daya, hadi 18-r 3am, b7al lmanaam.

Rashid when he left you next to me, 18 years ago, it was like…(no idea wat lmanaam is, maybe last night?)
