I think you mean Orange by flora/fauna, and i have no clue…
uuuummmmmmm i don’t know whyyy but i say Japan.
One of the clues is purely linguistic, i.e. it doesn’t really describe anything about the country. So try to think of other languages when reading the riddle again (plus a wee bit more: it’s not Darija ;))
Nope! Think about other invader/invading countries that endured dictatorship . Let’s see, one more clue: in a way you can use Arabic as a key, but that’s not the only possibility :hap:
(Maybe I’m making it too difficult, but hey, shouldn’t be too easy :fouet: hehe :^^:)
(Now, my footnotes are calling me :p. Night, ya kulli :))
Sorry sorry sorry, I’ve been so busy at work this week…! But here I am, to tell you the answer is… Wrong! Did I really make it that difficult? I need to give you some more here. Let’s see…
It looks nothing like an orange. There’s no political party of that persuasion. Oranges (tasty ones!) do grow there, but really, it’s orange in another way
Kind of half of the borders are water. The rest - another (one) country.
half border with the atlantic & half with spain
If by “orange” you mean “Bortu9al”, it’s gotta be Portugal
And we have a winning answer!!! :hat:
The word for “Portugal” and for “orange” (the fruit) is in many languages the same (like in Farsi and Catalán). And Arabic we have Burtughal/Burtuqal. Portugal had colonies as well as having been invaded itself. Between 1926 and 1974 it was a dictatorship.
