You got the dialect part right, it’s Moroccan Arabic. It could be Algerian or Tunisian too.
Anyway, it means: “May Allah bless (protect) you, my friend (male)”.
Sahbi: My friend (male)
Raby: My God
Ykhallik: Protect you
