Can someone help translate this phrase??

when said, it sounds like…  
“elun martek” or “illun martek” or “ila martek”.

What would it mean if a girl said, “elon martek” ?

I don’t know about that spelling but thats what it sounds like when said out loud. Could be  
elun martek.
